Your home at Sportcity already incorporates a high standard of specification, but we know that you are likely to want to influence the look and feel of those things which are particularly important to you for the future. You already have a number of choices to make free of charge, within the existing specification, provided that your reservation is placed sufficiently early in the construction process. However, there is the opportunity to upgrade various items, or supplement what is already provided for you from our extensive range of options within our ‘Selections’ portfolio. In this way, you have the opportunity to make your new home at Sportcity truly special and individual to match your lifestyle. There are lots of things we can do, so please ask our Sales Consultant for what changes and upgrades are available. Together we can make sure your new home at Sportcity is exactly how you want it from the day you move in.
